Here are some pictures of a new concrete driveway with refurbished stoops, carried out by Maloney Paving and Masonry in North Arlington, New Jersey.

First we dug out the existing concrete strips and extended the driveway significantly. We put down a new stone foundation, framed it out and poured 6 inches of new wet 4500 PSI concrete. We made sure that all crack expansion joints were properly installed and we gave the driveway a nice brush finish.

The entrance stairs were rather weathered and worn, so we gave them a little refurbishing. We put down new Limestone treads and gave them a fresh coat of paint to better match the overall driveway look.

This front yard project features several matching components. The existing steps, walls, rails and block paved pathway had their best years long behind them, so we took them all out.

We built a brand new cinder block wall with embedded steps, applied a stucco finish and topped them with classic 4 inch Rock Face caps. Our team joined the new steps with the public pathway with a spot of concrete. This method was also used to connect the upper steps with the sidewalk leading to the back yard.

The pathway leading to the front door was however laid with grey paving blocks in a popular 45 degree pattern.
